How Teachers Can Apply Early Childhood Development Milestones Courses?

Despite, after earning your early childhood education degree, you will spend a lot of time with young learners. The more time you spend with children who have not yet started elementary school, the more you realize how quickly their growth occurs.

According to early childhood scholars, 90 percent of a child’s brain development occurs before kindergarten.1 So, it is critical that early childhood education teachers who work with infants, toddlers and young children are aware of and equipped to nurture the development and enrichment of the children’s speech, physical skills, coordination and emotional expression.

However, the Federation of Somalia Universities (FESU) is calling her member University institutions to start a new Children’s Development Faculty better known as “ACDEMCOT” as in cooperation with the Universities Network for Children in Armed Conflict (UNETCHAC) and UNICEF FESU will start aground preparation for the ACDEMCOT Faculty for Childrens Development and how it can be well nationalized through academic aspectual research implementation one.

However, when you are in your early childhood education program, you will learn what developmental milestones are most important to look out for. You will also learn how to encourage children to work towards those milestones and what to do if they are not reaching them in a timely manner.

FESU will keep it in record until before January 2024 as upcoming national course for children development and will ensure to invite all concerned parties to do their own commental mutual measures as the Acquired Childhood Development Milestones Course for Teachers (ACDEMCOT) course needs to be facultiezed one in across higher education institutions worldwide not only Somalia.
