The Federation of Somalia Universities (FESU) members are cordially invited to the\u00a0fifth USRN Online Forum<\/a>\u00a0co-hosted by the\u00a0University Social Responsibility Network (USRN)<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0University of Manchester<\/a>. The Forum, themed\u00a0“Social Responsibility in Research: Co-producing a Better Future”<\/strong><\/em>, will be held on\u00a0Wednesday, 9 July 2025\u00a0<\/strong>with the following details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This forum will explore how universities’ core research function can advance social responsibility by showcasing examples of innovative practices in community-engaged and participatory research from around the world. As more researchers choose to partner with, and involve, communities in their work by co-producing and co-designing approaches to address real-world challenges, we hope to highlight how these methods can ensure research benefits society, empowers communities, and drives meaningful change.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
