The Federation of Somalia Universities (FESU) thrilled to announce that the first Youth Students organization joined, the Galkio Universities Youth Advocate (GUYA) in which is based in a city comprising and connecting two regional states Galmudug and Puntland. GUYA is a single organization which is a community Universities students network working as non-profit academic institution.
Galkio now is flourishing increasing civil society movements and improving its own security while is the physical, political, and cultural centre of Somalia, equidistant from the main ports of Berbera, Bosaso, and Mogadishu and, as a result, it is a cultural bridge between North and South, a business hub, and politically very influential.
“The GUYA students advocate foundation is preventing all crime Labs and increasing the Education sector development, in affiliation with FESU they will advocate many democracy-oriented Programs” FESU Director General Dr. Daud Abdi Daud said
“Youth violence in Galkio, like in most large cities in the central Somalia States Puntland and Galmudug, has been a persistent challenge for the past decades now GUYA will offer a new solutions by letting youth to be the cities educators” Dr. Daud added
Mr. Muhyadin Abdirizak Warsame better known as “Ilguyo” who heads GUYA as chairman said “we use program engagement and qualitative edudata to develop a comprehensive understanding of the affiliations advantages as well as its services and how outcomes may be achieved through an in-depth implementation evaluation which is best to our qualitative study involved discussions with SDGs service providers”.
The Federation of Somalia Universities (FESU) aims to deepen understandings of the country’s fragmented predicaments related to Youth Students development, years after the establishment of the Federal Government of Somalia.
